| Operations Manager | Under the direction of the President and General Sales Manager, the Primary function of the Operations Manager position at NEK is to implement policies and procedures that will guide the operations of the staff on a day-to-day basis. In addtion to the above the OM must select a staff capable of achieving the annual goals and objectives that have been estsablished at the beginning of the year by the President and GM, as well as be responsible for the establishment of an open line of communication throughout the organization and seeing that the \\\\\\\"chain of command\\\\\\\" is followed and enforced. In order to qualify you must possess 5-7 years manufacturing Operations experience with strong background in Human Resource Management. Musts have strong computer and leadership skills. |
| Sales Coordinator | Under the supervision of the Operations Manager and the direction of the General Sales Manager, responsible for providing full service from quote thru sales order and delivery to our customers and provide backup to incoming callers who do not transfer directly to the intended phone stations. In order to qualify, you must possess a minimum of two years experience in a manufacturing customer service position, preferably in the electronics environment, a high school diploma. You must be able to read, write and speak English, and have strong computer skills. Knowledge and exposure to Word, Excel and Outlook data bases a must. |
